Get the complete restaurant treatment at the Clement Board room in the dining hall!  This Friday, February 3rd, use your dinner meal swipe plus four dollars to get the full dining experience; choose your meal and have it cooked specifically for you.  Seating will happen from 6-7 and guests are welcome to stay until 8 pm.  This three-course meal will include your choice of entree, including either Pan-seared Sirloin Steak atop Portobello Mushrooms, Chicken Chesapeake stuffed with crab, and for vegetarians, Mushroom Ragu with Oven-roasted Tomatoes & Onions with Sweet Potato Planks!
